Donald E. Jackson, 62 passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Essentia Health – St Mary’s, Detroit Lakes, MN.
Donald was born on April 17,1959 to Franklin and Doris Jackson in White Earth, MN. He grew up in White Earth and attended school there. Donald had four wonderful children, Tyrone, Jessica, Pete, and Keith. They spent a lot of time together creating memories and making each other laugh.
Donald worked at Congrate Elders Home as maintenance for many years. He enjoyed helping his community, especially elders, with maintenance, automotive, or any other needs he could do. Donald loved car rides and especially loved when Lacey Littlewolf had the time to stop in and visit with him and the family. Donald had many hobbies and enjoyed gambling and fishing for hours at a time, but his time spent with his family, especially the grandkids were the highlight of his days.
Donald is survived by his children Tyrone St. Clair, Pete St. Clair, Keith St. Clair, and Jessica Perkins, his grandchildren, his siblings Mary Cox, Sharon Jackson, Beverly Jackson, Franklin Jr., Jeff Jackson, Merlin Jackson and many loved nieces and nephews.
Donald is now home with his daughter Dana May St. Clair, the love of his life LuAnne St. Clair, his parents Franklin and Doris Jackson, siblings Michael Jackson, Cowboy, and David Jackson. His parents Franklin and Doris Jackson and grandparents, grandma Blinks and grandpa, Arron Bevins.
Donald will always be greatly missed and loved by all who were a part of his life. He was always fun to be around and always made everyone feel important. He was an angel in disguise.
