Wanda Linquist

Wanda Lou Linquist, 69, of Detroit Lakes, MN passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020 at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND.

Wanda Lou Neuhaus was born on December 9, 1950 the daughter of Gerhard and Evelyn (Ellig) Neuhaus in Glencoe, MN. She graduated from the Glencoe High School as part of the class of 1969.

On December 31, 1977 Wanda and Steve Linquist were united in marriage in Port Charlotte, FL, and to this union one daughter, Amber, was born. She spent many years working in factories.

Wanda enjoyed painting, drawing, playing cards, and going to the casino. She loved spending time with her family. She will be remembered as being a kind and loving mother and grandmother.

Deeply loved, Wanda’s passing will be mourned by her husband of 43 years Steve, her daughter Amber (Kevin Chase) Linquist, her grandson Hunter, her sisters Brenda (Doug) Schmieg and Donna (Arnie) Erp, her brothers Darvin (Sherri) Neuhaus and Billy Neuhaus, and many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Preceding Wanda in death are her parents Gerhard and Evelyn, and two brothers Merlin and Gerald Neuhaus.
