Lois Jean Wiebolt

Lois Wiebolt, age 93, was called home to Jesus on September 9, 2025. She was born on February 4, 1932, in Fargo, ND to Edward & Gertrude (Eggert) Kraus. Lois grew up in Alice, ND and graduated from Enderlin High School in 1950. After graduation she attended St. John's school of Nursing and received her RN degree in 1953.

She married Ervin Wiebolt on July 22, 1954. They lived on Whidby Island WA and Corpus Christi TX while Ervin was in the Navy. While in Corpus Christi she worked as an RN at Driscoll Children's Hospital. In 1955 they moved to Ogema MN. She became a stay-at-home mom and raised their family. In 1994, they moved to Big Sugarbush Lake and enjoyed many beautiful lake days with family.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Ervin. Sons Tom (Lori), Steve (Gail), Jim (Karen) and daughters Jodi (Rick) Renner and Kristi (Al) Foltz. 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. 

Going before her were 3 infant children David, Mary, and Joseph. Her parents and brother Charles.
