Gene Feldt

Gene was born on August 2, 1951, to Fred and Inez (Markwardt) Feldt, in Silver Leaf Township, Frazee. He was united in marriage to Peggy Shields in 1978. They would later divorce. Gene worked for Walbon Inc. for 34 years as a truck driver. He later married Audrey Feola and they made their home in Wildwood, FL. Gene is survived by his son, Cory (Chrissie) Feldt; two grandsons, Alexzander and Maximus of Dilworth; six stepchildren: Jerry Quirion, Michael Quirion of Wildwood, FL, Donna (Harold) Meyer, and Debbie (Oscar) Reyes, Wayne Shields of Duluth, and Jim Helgeson of Vergas. 10 siblings: Gladys (Terry) McKnight of Apple Valley, Dale (Judy) Feldt of Savage, Dorothy Elijah of Detroit Lakes, Janet (Marvin) Anderson of Frazee, JoAnn (Alvin) Conklin of Frazee, James (Peggy) Feldt of Wilton, Jon (Sherry) Feldt of Fergus Falls, Barbara (Robin) Manevel of Vergas, Debra (Darwin) Axedahl of Frazee, and Brian (Debbie) Feldt of Frazee; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Feldt; a brother-in-law, Donald Bergstrom; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Audrey; his parents, Fred and Inez; a brother, Alvin Feldt; a sister, Shirley Bergstrom; and a brother-in-law, Allen Elijah.
