Dianne M Erickson

Dianne M. Erickson, 72, of  Detroit Lakes, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 26th, 2024.

Dianne was born on August 2, 1951 to James and Marie Griep. Dianne spent most of her life working in auto sales. She was able to travel frequently during that time and really enjoyed that. In her free time Dianne loved to fish! She could spend hours on a lake by herself. Dianne also enjoyed spending time with her family especially grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dianne spent many years with special friend Scott Drewes with whom she also resided with. 

Dianne was preceded by her grandparents, her parents James and Marie Griep, and brothers Wayne, Jimmy, and Randy Griep. Dianne is survived by brothers Larry and Dennis Griep,  sister Francis Marquardt, daughters Shawna Erickson of Wisconsin,  Shanna (Rick) Erickson of Anoka, MN,  and daughter Shelly (Michael) Erickson of Fargo, ND.  Granddaughters Sherina Bernardson, Sharissa Behlmer, and Sharanda Behlmer all of Detroit Lakes. Grandsons Sheldon Behlmer of Detroit Lakes and Shyler Hoss of Fargo, ND. Great granddaughters Arielle Wilson, Aubrey Christianson, Hadley Ladwig, and Sarai Behlmer. And great grandson Jase Steffl.
