Cynthia Mary Olson

Olson, Cynthia M. Age 78 from Elk River passed away on Jan 9th, 2026 at her favorite place, her lake home in Frazee, MN.

Proceeded in death by her husband of 52 years Gary Olson; Parents Neil Marth and Marilyn Oborsky; Stepfather Clarence Dybwad; Brother Chuck Dybwad and Grandson Wesley Skeie.

Cindy worked a long career at Anoka County as a Buyer/Purchasing. When she retired she and Gary enjoyed their retirement at their lake home surrounded by family and friends. Cindy filled her days with planting flowers, enjoying sunsets on the lake with her dog Skylar, fishing, shopping trips and occasional visits to the casino.

Survived by Sons Brian(Johanna)Olson and Mike(Connie)Olson; Daughter Jennifer(Dave)Olson Mimm; Grandchildren Scott, Alex, Abbi, Max and Matthew; Great-Grandchildren Adaline, Thadlee, Otto, Lilli and Axel. Sisters Carmen Dahlke and Carol Anderson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
