Billie Lucille McChesney was born in Seattle, WA, on May 24, 1928 to Richard and Clara (Gaultier) McChesney. She married Elmer Rosell in 1944 in Seattle. They moved to a farm in Audubon, MN, in 1945. In 1996, they retired to West Fargo, ND where Elmer passed away on September 23, 1998. Billie loved to do needle point and embroidery, crocheting, sewing, reading, and playing computer games. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She will be remembered and missed by her children, Sharon Vieths of Plymouth, MN; Elaine and husband Darwin Poulsen of Sartell, MN; Brian Rosell of Detroit Lakes,MN; Gary and wife Dona of Detroit Lakes, MN; Irene and husband Vernon Cartwright of Audubon, MN; Bonnie and husband Larry Larson of Little Rock, AR; Wayne Rosell and partner Lenny Tweeden of Fargo, ND; and Teresa and husband Keith McDonald of Mapleton, ND as well as 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brother Richard and his wife Louise of Auburn, WA, and sister Betty Norwood of Mill Creek, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Nancy, her husband, and a grandson, Chad Rosell.
