Donald Peerman

Donald was born December 18, 1952 in St. Paul, MN to Bud and Delores (Roberts) Peerman. At a young age, Donald was separated from his parents of 29 years and in 1984, was reunited with his mother. Donald was able to learn about his family history and restore his relationship with his mother. He graduated from high school at Inver Grove Heights. Following his graduation he attended college for two years before enlisting with the United States Marine Corp. He proudly served his country for three years before being honorably discharged. Following the Marine Corp, Donald started driving truck for various trucking business before going to work for Polman Trucking in Wadena. He traveled extensively along the east coast during his career and visited many areas. He continued to work until 2009 when his health permitted him from doing so. He moved to Ogema to be closer to his friends and family. He was able to share his stories of traveling and enjoy some of things he loved in life; fishing, the great outdoors and spending time with his family and dear friends. Donald is survived by his children: Joshua (Shanna) Peerman of St. Paul, MN, Jessica Peerman of St. Paul and Jennifer Peerman also of St. Paul, eight grandchildren, special friend and companion: Nancy Fineday of Ogema, step-children: Sheila Fineday and Inez Fineday both of Ogema. He is also survived by his two aunts: Georgianna Adams and Edna Taylor both of Ponsford along with several cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, three aunts and two uncles.
